Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Print-on-demand items require additional production time before shipping.

We ship worldwide through our fulfillment network. Delivery times vary by destination:

- North America: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Shipping Reimbursement — What You Need to Know
Do you offer free shipping? We don't offer blanket free shipping — we believe in honest pricing over inflated product prices that quietly absorb shipping costs. What we do offer is something more meaningful: a shipping reimbursement for qualifying orders.
What is the shipping reimbursement? On orders of €250 or more, we review your shipping costs after your order is complete and — if all conditions are met — we refund your shipping in full. It's our way of rewarding considered, meaningful purchases rather than impulse buys.
What are the conditions? Your order qualifies for a shipping reimbursement if:
- Your order subtotal is €250 or more
- Your order has not been cancelled
- No returns have been initiated
- No shipping refund has previously been issued on the order
When does the reimbursement happen? We review eligible orders after a 14-day window from the moment your order is placed. This allows time for your order to arrive and for you to be certain you're keeping it. Once confirmed, the reimbursement is processed manually by us and returned to your original payment method.
Do I need to request it? No. If your order meets the conditions, we identify it and process the reimbursement ourselves. You don't need to ask, chase, or submit anything.
